At Niqaaabwear, customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a return or exchange within 03 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, stained, incorrect, or incomplete.
The item received does not match the size ordered.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
If you receive a parcel that appears opened or tampered with, please inform us immediately upon delivery to avoid any issues with your claim.
To process your request, kindly provide the required details and evidence to our customer support team. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange During Sale
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are only eligible for exchange if:
The wrong item was delivered
The item is damaged or defective
The size received is different from the order placed
