DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time across Pakistan is 4 to 6 working days after dispatch for major cities. Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time.

Customers are requested to remain available on the provided contact number so our team or courier partner can contact them if required.

All orders are subject to article availability and order confirmation.

During sales, promotional campaigns, or public holidays, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Note: For safe and secure delivery, we recommend using your own residential or business address. Niqaaabwear will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or misplaced parcel delivered to self-pickup points or courier offices.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are usually dispatched within 7 to 9 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Once an order has been marked as "In Process", it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges incurred if the order is refused or left unclaimed.

During sale events or peak seasons, international deliveries may take longer than normal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To request cancellation of a prepaid order, customers must contact us within 6 hours of placing the order.

Approved cancellations will be processed in the form of store credit or a voucher.

Once the order status changes to "In Process", the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
